I really enjoyed reading this because I think working together with people from different backgrounds can help us see situations in ways we may not have considered before. In my experience, diversity is not only about race or ethnicity, but also about our different cultures, experiences, generations, and perspectives. Sometimes we may not agree with someone, but listening to their experiences can help us understand where they are coming from. I think learning to communicate and work together with people who are different from us is an important part of becoming more diversity conscious.
